Last year, the Foundation served 311 Brevard County families with adult daycare for an annual total of over 156,000 service hours.

Additionally, the Foundation’s in-home respite program provided 19,423 hours of free in-home respite care, serving an average of 90 families each month.

Our Mission

To help elders at-risk of institutionalization, especially those with Alzheimer’s/Dementia and related disorders, to remain in their homes and in the community. An emphasis is placed on assistance to caregivers to delay institutionalization of frail elders through, adult day care, respite, education and support.
